The service offered by BitDoms is intended as a system for sending cryptocurrencies to a recipient user without knowing their wallet address and without showing the sender's wallet address.
The gateway that will be used from time to time and to which the person who wants to send a payment will be directed, is not owned by BitDoms and is not under our control.
The gateway may in turn apply usage fees and the management of transactions is its exclusive responsibility.
From the moment a user chooses to send a payment, the gateway will manage the continuation of the transaction outside of BitDoms.
Once the payment is received by the gateway and delivered to the account associated with BitDoms, we will automatically forward the share due to the final recipient of the payment through an algorithm, withholding only the network transaction fees, which vary from network to network and from time to time based on the congestion of the same
BItDoms charges a flat 10% surcharge/fee in addition to the price of the item set by the User.
This surcharge/fee is charged to cover the cost of our payment merchant and all associated admin costs.
We do not offer any automated recurring billing.

All Users (Creators and Subs / Gifters) understand and agree that it is our standard policy that purchases and/or fees associated with your account are final and nonrefundable at this time.
We reserve the right to address any refund request at our sole discretion.
Items, Gifts and Tips purchasers must expressly click to accept that each transaction is non-refundable before placing each order or sending cryptocurrencies.
Since BitDoms does not process future automated or recurring transactions, it is not possible to cancel a transaction before it occurs.
All transactions are manually and expressly placed by gift purchasers.
As a gift purchaser or Sub / Gifster, you acknowledge that your purchase is final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency payments, both sent and received, are made on one of the blockchains supported by us and our payment gateway.
For this reason, it is not possible to cancel, modify, redirect or refund any payment due to the immutable nature of the blockchain itself.
Chargebacks are therefore not possible. Within the BitDoms website and in its social profiles, terms may sometimes be used that are useful for the narrative of the platform and the philosophy of use which, however, do not replace the real purposes, purposes of use and operating principles of BitDoms.
Some terms may refer to the Adult niche and particular subcategories of kinks and fetishes.

It is prohibited (for the User) to collect or (for the Gifter/Tender) to send cryptocurrencies with the implicit or explicit purpose of facilitating potential illegal or prohibited activities. Such activities may include any exchange of goods or services between the User and the Sub / Gifter.
BitDoms only allows the sending of gift funds and tips to our Users with donative intent and complete knowledge that nothing may be requested or expected by the Sub / Gifter.
BitDoms reserves the right to investigate use of the Platform, close the User’s account or remove any User Account if a determination is made that use of the Site violates the terms or spirit of the Terms of Use.
We do not allow our Site to be used to distribute obscene materials, including posting images of nudity or explicitly sexual acts. We do not allow the offer, sale, collection or receipt of funds for provision of illegal adult content or sexually-related services such as prostitution.
By using the Site both Creators and Subs /Gifters acknowledge that they will not use the Site to exchange any services or goods or access to services or goods in reciprocation for funds provided by Creators. Users acknowledge and agree that if they are using BitDoms as a means to exchange gift funds for goods or services that BitDoms reserves sole discretion to immediately deactivate their account.
BitDoms is solely and exclusively a wishlist site where Users may post their desired wishlist items and receive funds in the form of donations.
